Northwest Tactical is a small, yet growing police supply shop located in Northwest Ohio. We cater to Police, Military and Civilian shooters by selling quality gear at affordable pricing with great customer service. We also have an 07 FFL, so we are more than just a parts place.

It is tough trying to keep all the parts that everyone wants in stock at all times. That's why we deal with a couple of the largest distributers out there, so most products are just a few days away.

Don't forget that we have Dealer pricing availible on LWRC products, along with Military and Police discounts as well.

Making A Purchase

We want to make your shipping experience very simple. Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Check Out" and you will be asked for a few details so we may complete your order.

We accept only credit card payment for internet orders. Please call 419-576-7599, if you would like to pay another way.

We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. NO EXTRA CHARGE! We do not charge for any item until it is shipped. If you are making payment with a debit card, please understand Northwest Tactical, LLC will take no responsibility for any and all overdraft charges associated with this purchase. This includes any charges made associated with an error on our part.

Sales Tax:

We are required to collect tax on all shipments in Ohio. Applicable state and local sales tax percentages will be added to your order. For all tax-exempt customers, we are required by law to have your signed tax exemption or resale certificate on file. We must charge you sales tax if we do not have this documentation.

Firearms Purchases:

All first time firearms customers (who do not already have a Federal Firearms License on file with us) must Fax, Email, or Mail a copy of his/her State issued Drivers License or State Identification to verify date of birth, along with a copy of a Federal Firearms License. If your State of Residence requires a separate state issued license to purchase firearms , then a copy of this state issued document must be Faxed, Emailed, or Mailed before an order will be processed. Please include your order number (when applicable) with license copy. Your order number consists of zip code and Last Name/Business Name, example 45066-Smith.

You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. Website orders for in stock items will be shipped within 24-48 hours.

We can ship products anywhere in the United States. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment's destination. Our shipping charges are determined by the total dollar amount of your order, excluding applicable sales tax. Due to ITAR State Department regulations, firearms parts may not be shipped outside the United States or to APO/FPO addresses. We apologize to our military customers for this inconvenience.

Northwest Tactical is not responsible for items that are delivered but not received (for example, due to theft off a porch). Most packages are shipped with signature confirmation, however if it is important to you to have this please make note of this on your order.

Return Policy

All products are new and under warranty. If product is defective, please contact manufacturer directly for replacement. Used items cannot be returned.

**Firearms are not returnable under any circumstance.

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items in new, unused condition with original packaging for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form less a 15% restocking fee as the original payment type. Refunds for items returned more than thirty days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred.
